ext2hide allows users and administrators to utilize the reserved space of the ext2/3 superblocks to store hidden data on their filesystems, rendering it inaccessible to any normal viewing, yet still residing in permanent storage on disk.

As of 2015, SourceForge has decided to start bundling malware in their downloads, against the wishes of project authors.

Although they later reversed that decision, it illustrates to me that management is ethically compromised, and can no longer be trusted in the future. Thus, I have abandoned all projects on here to the best that their tools allow, and recommend that you do not rely upon SourceForge for this or any other projects or code in the future.
